Having been taken ill last year just before the Goodwood Festival of Speed my son kindly took me into The Royal Surrey County Hospital where the care to attention and the high quality of nursing care was beyond my wildest dreams. The hospital was clean, appointments were held at the time stated and the level of attention by the various doctors seen warranted this decision to record my appreciation.
Complaints, yes, the cost of car parking is absolutely crazy, the walking distance from the nearest street where parking is permitted is a problem to those patients who cannot walk great distances, it's very unfair, bearing in mind the car parks are usually only half full.
Living here in Cyprus for about 70% of our time where our hospitals are far from the standard found in the UK, I must record my complaint satisfaction.
Attended to in the A&E without delay and my case history was carried forward without delays. THANK YOU
