I attended the Stress Control Course as I was experiencing high levels of anxiety and stress, mainly brought on through pressures at work.
I have always been the classic 'grasshopper', but by the end of last year, my panicky feelings and sense of impending doom was at all time high.
This had a knock-on effect on my family life and I am sure I was intolerable to live with some times.
I am pleased to say that the Course has given me some strategies to cope with these problems and get things into perspective.
