"Out patient appointment for Cryotherapy"

About: King's Mill Hospital

For the last two years

I had noticed a small area of 'scab' on the side of my nose, on checking with my doctor he said I had actinic keratosis, he made me an appointment to attend Kings Mill Hospital outpatients. I was surprised how quick my appointment was, and I attended Clinic 6 last week.

After arriving I didn't have to wait very long for the consultation with a specialist.

I was then given 'cryotherapy' (liquid nitrogen) using a spray gun onto the problem area of my nose.

I was also given a prescription for some cream and advice on how to manage the area in question.

Excellent service all the way ... Thank you sincerely.
