"Went in on Friday Night to A&E staff were..."

I would like to say a big thank you to all the staff on duty on Friday night. I had managed to get a cotton wool bud tip stuck in my ear. The staff and I knew this was a stupid thing to do but at no stage did they make feel stupid. They explained everything clearly and were able to remove the offending item whilst making feel comfortable. They then provided me with detailed advice. I was in the hospital for less than 30 minutes. I am very grateful to everyone who played a part in my treatment.
