About: Heartlands Hospital

My auntie died on ward 23 last night 12/4/18. The staff on the ward were fantastic caring and empathetic so a big thank you to them for everything. Our experience at Heartlands was excellent considering the constraints on the NHS. Well done and thank you so much.
