"Appointments Nightmare"

For the second time I have had to chase my next appointment?

I only have to go once a year and was told one would be sent in the post, with two months to go still no appointment.

Phoned first in January was told in the phone message they where very busy due to a new system and should phone back later, at being 28 in the que I did that.

They where just as busy when I phoned back - then spent 45 mins holding in the morning and a hour in the pm before being told one would be sent by post nearer the time.

Phoned again today (13 April), the message still going on about the new system and to phone back, still a long wait but did get the appointment this time.

The point being I should not have to chase the appointments in the first place.
