What I liked

very well designed hospital - clear, spacious - clean and nice to be in

What could be improved

very hard to get through on the phone - very disorganised - waiting hours for booked appointments - abbrubt staff

Anything else?

the staff and admin are what let this hospital down. very disorganised - you need to get some processes in place. staff on leave are not covered in my experience and so if one person is away nothing gets done.
