"Very low standard surgery!"

I have been at this surgery since having my babies the last 5 years..it was the biggest mistake to move to the surgery. I was told one day via phone call to come and pick up my medication as I have a stomach ulcer when Infact I was totally fine..the doctor even wrote me a prescription which I still have in my possession stating I had a bad ulcer and was prescribed medication! The truth is I've never been ill am a fit mother with 4 babies and they had mixed me up with someone else..the doctor quickly rang me to say sorry bring back the prescription and I refused as I said I would report them! How dare they tell me I've gt a serious condition only to say sorry later that's only bcuz I phoned the surgery saying I've never given you my blood, poo or urine sample so what are you taking about! The receptionist also needs pple mangement skills.
