"Very poor and not patient focused"

What I liked

I had been to St. Charles' before its refit and I always found it very good. That is why my wife and I went back.

What could be improved

I was refused treatment, even though I am disabled. My wife had her wedding ring cut off, however, the Nurse Practitioner made cuts in two places and ruined the ring.

Anything else?

I will never go to or recommend this hospital to anyone again. I have made a formal complaint.
