My brother is currently receiving post operative care following emergency surgery for a ruptured aortic aneurysm.

The level of care and kindness shown to him and us as his family has been outstanding.

We are very grateful that he is alive as the outcome could have been very different.

I am certain that the excellent care he continues to receive is a major contributory factor and we cannot thank you enough for your dedication to duty.

Every member of the team is a credit to themselves and to the NHS.
