"Very disappointed with staff"

About: Eastbourne District General Hospital / Neurology

Very disappointed, arrived for an evening appointment with Neurology, letter said to go to outpatients reception which was closed, self check in was closed. Checked with A&E receptionist who didn’t know where neurology was, site manager didn’t know where they were, no answer from calls and spent nearly an hour trying to locate appointment and was very nearly late to appointment.

Staff information was shocking. No apology was offered by the team at neurology and not a single person aware that neurology even existed at DGH. Letters need to clearly state where to go for appointments out of hours
