"Difficult to book appointments"

I am absolutely appalled at the quality and service of this practice. I have been a patient for my entire life (27 years) and horrified at how difficult it is to book an appointment.

I phoned up trying to book an appointment with a certain Doctor and was told to phone the next day instead as bookings would be taken then, when I did phone up the next day I was then told that I could not book any appointments with this certain Doctor unless I phoned up on the day if it was an emergency and that instead I have to do it online (I have never been informed that I have to do this). I have been waiting 4 weeks to book something and every time I phone up I have been told to phone back next week. Some reception staff can be incredibly rude in the manner which they talk to patients on the phone also and not helpful at all - I'm afraid it is time to move to another practice.
