From the moment I was referred from A&E and PRH to the dept of hand surgery rsch I have been impressed with the treatment, kindness and respect I have received from all members of the team. Upset anxious and -to be honest-a bit of a wimp, the team helped me relax even laugh over the loss of a part of my finger. Clinics ran on time helping with stress levels and didn't make me dread the next appointment. Altogether a completely satisfied experience of NHS hospital. A special thank you to one member of staff for his kindness and advice and, of course, the consultant who made such a brilliant job of my hand.
