My mother went for her pre-op visit today and I accompanied her as her carer. We were treated with great kindness and respect, humanity and care. Nothing was too much trouble and all our questions were answered. We were given detailed information regarding her knee replacement operation, including how to best prepare for the surgery, and how to cope afterwards. We met 7 staff and all were outstanding.
