"Dept of Cardiovascular Medicine - AVOID -..."

About: Northwick Park Hospital / Cardiology

The Dept of Cardiovascular Medicine is probably the worst experience you will ever have with the NHS.

All their correspondence is headed with a telephone number - the phone is never answered. A recorded message smugly tells you that you can't leave a message.

Try it for yourself - 020 8869 2558

Forget this place if you need urgent or even regular cardiovascular care.

If they can't answer a phone it doesn't bode well for their clinical ability.

Dear Sir/Madame

Thank you for your feedback about the difficulties you have experienced in attempting to contact the cardiology department.

Please do contact the PALS team on LNWH-tr.PALS@nhs.net or 0208 869 5118 if you are still struggling. I promise they will answer the phone or get straight back to you if they are on another call.

Kind regards

Pam
