I have been with this surgery for numerous years and have received a good service however this has not now the case.I have requested call backs ano not received them and waited all day near telephone for them.in addition I have requested appointments for a procedure which was requested by the surgery for this to be cancelled several times due to lack of training.in addition because I have not had test yet no diagnosis so prescription requested declined.absolutely poor patient care I'm horrified at the new service

I am sorry you are dissatisfied with the service you have received. The practice has recruited a variety of clinicians including a clinical pharmacist and an advanced nurse practitioner. Some staff are undergoing training however, services can be provided by clinicians on other sites.

Unfortunately for me to look into your concerns further I would be grateful if you could contact the surgery direct and I will look into this for you.
