I have been taken to Cheltenham and Gloucester hospitals by the Great Western Ambulance Service and I cannot fault the service. The staff are so wonderfully helpful and from my perspective they cannot be congratulated enough.
I feel the government doesn't do enough to acknowledge the fantastic service provided by ambulance crew - they're superb people.
