To whom it may concern, I have had a broken fibula for a year come May, this has been mainly due to the fact it had not healed correctly, it is only now coming to an end hopefully.
Could I now put on record, that I have had the kindest care and attention from my consultant and his team. Both on a professional consult basis and also on his surgical abillities. At all times I have been fully appraised on procedure and application, ensuring I was fully aware of both circumstance and likely outcome. A huge thank you to the team.
Secondly, as I have had several occasions to visit the plaster room I have come in contact with a number of the staff there.. Hard working, professional and indeed very sociable towards people who have to seek their expertise. Can I particularly mention one nursein the plaster room. Nothing was too much trouble for him, a sense of humour and character to deal with anyone who he has to deal with... a well deserved commend from me to him the rest of the team when I attended both on 5/4/18 around 3pm and Monday 9/4/18 around 12 noon were excellent and kept my spirits up all the time I was there...They are all a credit to the hospital... and fully deserve a mention for their personal records...
If you could in some way, internal mail perhaps, advise them of my comments I would be very grateful to you.
Once again THANK YOU.
Dave Cranwell.
