I phoned the surgery to change my appointment or get an appointment with a nurse. I was told that I would be looking at least a week before i would get to be seen by a nurse.
An hour later a receptionist - the receptionist rang to say there had been a cancellation appointment and that she has booked it for me - the same day.
Overall fantastic customer service from her, she wasnt oblidged to do this for me but she remembered me and for this i am very grateful.

Thank you for your comment. Our reception team are exceptional. They have real empathy and caring for all our patients. It's a difficult job that they do - very fast paced and having to react to situations and I am so pleased that you have recognised when a member of the team has gone above and beyond. I will look forward to sharing this with the team. Thank you
