"Thank you WMUH Early Pregnancy Unit"

I have now sadly had to use the WMUH EPU twice due to miscarriage. Every member of staff I have met has been absolutely lovely, compassionate, kind and treated me and my husband with respect. I am very grateful for this very responsive service - one that we all hope never to have to use - and how quickly I have been able to access this expert team.

A big thank you to the staff. I can imagine that this is a tough place to work, dealing with a lot of distressed people, and they always make you feel like you are an individual person who matters. The environment is as pleasant as possible.

Suggestions:

1. It looked like you sometimes have older ladies coming down for an emergency gynaecology scan - it would be great if they didn't have to wait in the corridor on a wheelchair as I can't imagine it is pleasant for them. Staff all dealt with it well though.

2. The second time I have used the service I was given some useful written information, which didn't happen the first time. This is really helpful thank you, as it is hard to take everything in.
