Thank you so much for your excellent service. Firstly my out-patient appointment; I'd left the hospital before I was even due to be seen having had a consult, been listed, consented and MRSA swabbed. Secondly the trip to the hand unit (all be it for my scalp) was slick, relaxing and ever-so-nearly painless. Thank you.
