Had to visit dressing clinic several times and was very impressed on each occasion. Receptions were extremely friendly and helpful. Hospital dressing of wound came off and was seen later same day. Saw 3 different nurses who were all extremely polite, listened and assisted as much as possible on each occasion. I found unhealing wound very frustrating as knew issue not being correctly addressed elsewhere and all the staff could not have been anymore helpful or empathetic. Shame quality and standards upheld at this clinic are not reflected everywhere.
