"Excellent Surgery"

Absolutely loved this surgery, definitely my favorite one in the UK (I have lived all over the country so have had a few different ones). In fact, you would never imagine the NHS was having such a difficult time when you register here. The reception staff were always very nice and efficient, some of them went to all lengths possible to find appointments for all of us every time we needed it, and they seemed genuinely lovely people, despite the high-pressured, busy environment they work in. Then there was the real star of this practice - our doctor, who was amazing in every way, going above and beyond the call of duty to look after all of us, especially our young son, who needed a lot of attention as he was a very premature baby. We never felt rushed despite the number of people waiting and when we needed an additional inoculation for our son, this doctor made sure we got it despite the surgery not having it in their stock at the time. Not only this, but this doctor has an extremely personable and approachable character, which makes you relax immediately; quite a rare thing in my experience. Unfortunately, we don't live in Sheffield anymore and we really miss this surgery. Could not recommend it highly enough!
