"Shocking"

This practice is utterly shocking. Firstly I understand appointments van run over so that is not the main issue here.

The receptionists attitude on the phone are disgusting, they have no compassion what so ever and have no idea about things they should know about.

Twice I have been to see the so called advanced nurse who, again, attitude is shocking. We were waiting 25 minutes after out appointment and eventually once we got seen and in the room with her, my 18month old was very unwell and clearly distressed and I was asking questions in relation to this. She actually said, 'I know you have ended up coming in late but i do have other people to see after you' . my original appointment was 4.45pm and wasn't seen till 5.10. she clearly was rushing to finish her shift and not bothered about het patience as it was very rushed. Hardly no advice. apart from lots of 'i don't knows and going off an athlete's diet to give my son who is suffering'

The locum doctors and nurses that come in to work thete occasionally are lovely and much more advisory so I would advise to see these as and when they come in.
