I was admitted to Ward B3 on 28th March for an operation to repair two large aneurysms. The surgeon came to see me prior to the operation and was happy to answer any of our questions. After surgery i spent a couple of days in intensive care and was then transferred back to ward B3.
I cannot fault the care and attention that was given to me in both intensive care and ward B3, i was treated with respect and nothing was too much trouble for any of the staff i came into contact with.
The food on the whole was very good and there was a wide choice available
I am now back at home recovering, thanks to everyone at Russells Hall Hospital for looking after me
