"Always at the end of a phone to help"

About: Inclusion Cambridgeshire / Inclusion Wisbech

(as a staff member posting for a patient/service user),

Always at the end of a phone to help and staff always go that bit more to ensure I was safe.  Thanks to Inclusion I’m doing well.  Cheers

we certainly try to help as much as we can. I think that just calling up for a chat with someone is underestimated. This can really help and we have a number of volunteers who can do this and we plan to build on this in the future. Keep it up with your recovery!
