Hi

I'm really pleased the workbooks are working for you. They are designed for you to really invest in your recovery and for you to work at it. Gone are the days where you would come in and someone would tell you what to do. Now its all about involving people in their recovery and owning it. You look like you are doing that so well done and good luck.
