"All absolutely lovely"

So many people write to complain, but not many write to compliment our NHS Consultant and nurses.

I recently had a routine mammogram in which they found a shadow.

I then was referred to the hospital at Bromsgrove for a biopsy. All of the staff were amazing there and the doctor that did the biopsy was so gentle and kind, didnt feel a thing.

Once the results were back I went to see my consultant who said it was a tumour and would have to have it removed, which i had done yesterday.

I would just like to say a massive thank you to all of the staff, from the receptionists to the my lovely surgeon..Miss Thomas (I am not too good with names so please forgive any mistakes) for making my stay extremely enjoyable (you know what I mean).

I found everyone from the lovely receptionist in the Sorrell Suite, the young guy who did the ecg, the lass that did the blood tests..there really are too many people to mention, all absolutely lovely.

I must just mention the staff on the Theatre Admissions Ward. I spent quite a few hours with them and I loved them all. Absolutely brilliant.
