Attended talking therapy and found it very useful to identify issues I have. It felt good to chat through things with my therapist and helped me understand things better and gave me things to think about in between sessions.
Over our time, a few health setbacks happened but I dealt with these by building on the knowledge we had discussed.
All in all I found this very beneficial and would encourage anyone to try it.
