About: Shirley Oaks Hospital

The staff were friendly and welcoming , all information needed was given , apart from when I did a blood test I asked at the appointment desk how and when I would get the result and I was told that I need to book an appointment to see the doctor. That was misleading.

I did not have to wait long to be seen, I was relaxed while I was in the waiting room.

Whenever I visit Croyodon University hospital I am always very anxious and scared not sure why.

I wish I could go to this hospital for all my appointments.

With regards to the blood test results it is usual practice for a patient to have a follow-up appointment booked to discuss the results, unless the consultant has agreed to write to the patient direct with the blood test results.
