"A big "Thank you!" to the Vascular Surgery Team"

About: Northwick Park Hospital / Vascular surgery

I am writing to express my gratitude for the high level of service, support and care I received both last year in December and this year in March from the Vascular Surgery team.

I had the endovenous laser ablation and foam sclerotherapy procedures and the team, beginning with the lady who arranged the appointments for me and continuing with the consultants (the surgeons), the three nurses in the operating theatre and the nurse who took care of me before and after the procedures answered my questions, reassured me, advised me, and exceeded my expectations in their support for me during my time in the hospital.

This team has very good practice in their teamwork and are an example for patient-centered care.

Thank you for taking the time to give us this lovely feedback. It is very heartening to hear when we get it right and that all of the staff that you came into contact with exceeded your expectations.

I will of course share your very kind words with the staff in the Vascular Surgery who I am sure will be very heartened to hear that their good work has been recognized in such a way.
