My name is Monika McKay. I was recently diagnosed with ataxia and 2x a yearIy visit a neurologist in Sir Sid Walkins bld...There were few occasions, I had to get in touch with him, but those were NOT requiring, watching time scale...

I would like to complain about your computer system, emails patient/hospital...Firstly, I had sent an email a good 2 months ago, which I presume did not reach his medical secretary, NEVER MIND HIM PERSONALLY. NOW, it got to a point that I have to resort spending 6.00 on a registered mail, so I CAN BE 100% SURE HE RECEIVES IT...Not good enough. I get all the ails with the NHS system, al the financial hardship, cuts, right, left and centre.

It is of paramount importance your pc system with the outside world IMPROVES. There are different patients requiring different treatments...and some of US are subject to deadlines and time scales, which we NEED TO OBSERVE, eg appeals...
