"Pathetic rules!"

I had ord a repeat prescription and as normal i went into pick it up at 9.05am after i dropped my child with my carer as i have had ab heart transplant after i dropping mu child of i dont get out. The receptionist refused to give it to me saying we only issue the prescription after 10.00am! I said but it dznt say anywer in the surgery that this has changed! And no where else i can find this information!! She actually refused to give it to me! I walked out in rage because i was due to my meds! Finally i got the chemist to drop the prescription of and found out they have missed my 2 vital pain killers of! I rang the surgery to ask why has this happened she actually had no explanation! And then said il see if the doctor would write it on the same day and to ring aft 5! So i rang back but then to be told the docter has forgt to sign the prescription! I was like but i need the prescription which should have been on repeat! She actually was rude and said well you will need to wait after lunch time 2mrw! I explained i needed the pain killer! But she was not bothered and at this point i was on tears because i was so upset! That your own local gp who is meant go be there for u is causing more stress! This is not the first occasion this has happened and i think it’s going to get worse! All they are worried abo are the numbers of patients and how mucb rev they would bring in! I think it is disgusting that you pay your taxes all ypur life! And the end they treat you like that! The girsl at the reception are so rude and they actually pick and choice on ow they chose to talk to u! Absolutely disgusting!
