My son and I were visiting London when an unfortunate situation occurred that resulted in my son receiving facial injuries as a result of a fall. Ambulance service attended quickly and were excellent in their initial treatment before taking him to nearb Chelsea and Westminster Hospital. The administrators, nurses and the doctor were outstanding. Carrying out thorough examinations throughout the 3 hour stay as well Keeping full observations right up to being discharged. We both felt fully reassured and confident in the treatment and care we both received. There is nothing wrong with our NHS when they have such committed staff as those that cared for my son. I would like to add that there were some challenging people receiving treatment, who were extremely demanding of their time.
