"Memorable and special experience"

About: Queen Elizabeth University Hospital Glasgow / Maternity care (Wards 47, 48 & 50)

(as a service user),

I wanted to share my experience today when I attended the scan department for my 20 week pregnancy scan.   Martha the Sonographer was just wonderful! She really took the time to explain everything she was checking and why and even went back a few times to show us our baby waving and their mouth opening and closing.   It made the experience really memorable and special.
