"Getting through nightmare"

About: Norfolk & Norwich University Hospital / Dermatology

Trying to get through to cancel an appointment took me hours. It’s no wonder people don’t bother and just don’t turn up for appointments.

Staff unhelpful questioning why I couldn’t make the appointment. Wouldn’t just accept that I couldn’t get there. Unable to give alternative appointment.
