St. Andrews used to be a good hospital but I think it has gone down the road of "punishment" instead of treatment now.

It would be good if St Andrew's would return to individualised care plans for its patients that is care based on the particular patients needs and mental state. All patients should not be "lumped together" and treated to the "illest" patients security risks.

most of the staff are here come here wanting to work and try to do a good job that is very obvious.

Treatment here could be more intense and quicker, some days are very long and without point.
