The hospital had arranged for transport for me from my home to Frenchay Hospital, ahead of my appointment with the plastic dressings clinic.
The driver was wonderful. He was so kind and considerate. I have arthritis and find standing for long difficult. He went and stood in the queue for my appointment, to tell them I had arrived. He then checked my notes for my next appointment and noticed they hadn't arranged transport so he booked that for me.
What a fantastic service all round!
