What I liked

I was very apprehensive about my visit to the specialist gynae outpatient department but the reception, nursing and medical staff put me at ease. Sister advised me to get it over and done with and these are the best words to give anyone visiting the clinic for something that has to be done but no one is looking forward to having.The procedure was completed very quickly and although it seems like forever when you are the patient, was actually over and done with in a matter of minutes. I was treated with respect at all times by this wonderful team and would recommend this department to others.
