"Very bad service"

Have been trying to get an appointment to see a 'Doctor' and call at 8am as instructed but the line is just constantly engaged - when you eventually do get through told no appointments left for today, so I tried booking for a weeks time and even that cannot be done the diary is not available to book for April or May !

We moved to this surgery as it was more local to us and hopefully to get a better service for appointments but unfortunately the appointment service is worse - i had a first appointment when we moved as on medication and the doctor i saw seemed very nice requested some blood tests but when i tried to get an appointment to discuss the results all i could get was a telephone call from another doctor who said all is fine - all is not fine i have severe pain in a lot of joints a rash which does not go no matter what i try but after the phone call re the results the doctor did not say anything apart from results showed nothing - no further tests nothing

I need an appointment to see a doctor and if i do not get one tomorrow i will either have to go to the walk in centre or attend A and E which is wrong that is not what A and E is for

I have tried so many creams from the pharmacist but nothing works
