What I liked
My sister was literally saved by the staff in ITU, her initial diagnosis was that her body 'was shutting down' after a severe bout of atypical pneumonia (this after initially being told by Conquest staff that it would be 7 hours before she would be seen) she is on the mend after an amputation but she is alive. Thank you
What could be improved
more visitors at bedside because we came from all over the country to see her
