What I liked
I was a patient in the day surgery unit to have a forearm hernia repaired, from the moment I was admitted the dept was organised and very efficent. For the first time ever in a hospital I was treated like a human being and not just a case number. The staff were so kind and caring and they kept me informed of all procedures that I would be having.
This is certainly the cleanest and most efficent hospital I have ever been a patient in.
There are so many negative things said about the NHS, this does not apply to The Royal Free it is the NHS as it's best and how all hospitals should aspire to.
What could be improved
Nothing, I was treated like a private patient, even the food was good!
"Even though I was in a hospital, my stay..."
