Want to praise all the staff working within this area. This ward is extremely busy and I was impressed how efficient the whole process was of clerking me and performing diagnostic tests while treating me with dignity and respect.
What sadden me was more of individuals who were not happy of how long they had to wait despite witnessing how hard the staff were working.. I just want to say a big thank you to you all.
