"5 stars!"

I was referred here to see a Respiratory Consultant and they were brilliant. Seen as soon as I arrived. Had a 30 min consultation (does not rush you). Then I had same day tests and scans – it was a Saturday and I couldn’t reach my insurer to get authorisation. The lovely ladies at reception helped me check my policy documents and they authorised it for me. One scan came out blurry and they straight away within 5 mins did another one which was fine! Very fast and efficient. I had a prescription and they have a pharmacy next to reception. Also all the invoices got paid and settled very fast. Also free tea, coffee and parking!
