(as a service user),

Attended A&E with acute, right side pain. I was seen and triaged very quickly. Analgesia administered quickly, attending nurses extremely professional, providing clear details of treatment. Consultant in A&E was very attentive, detailing care, diagnostic scan carried out quickly. Seen by surgical specialist, given clear diagnosis and future treatment plan. Every member of staff displayed a high level of individual, professional care.

I felt reassured and confident in my care at every stage.
