About: Crosshouse Hospital / Stroke Care

(as a service user),

I am very pleased with my stay everyone was very helpful and kind I have no complaints at all.

All doctors and nurses have been outstanding in helping me on the road to recovery.

Food excellent.

Domestics are excellent nothing too much trouble.

Thanks for taking the time to provide your feedback via care opinion. It is so important that from admission we support patients on their ‘road to recovery’.

As well as all the investigations and treatment it is essential that staff are kind and helpful. I am glad you found this to be the case.

The catering department are very much part of the team and will appreciate you found the food to be excellent.

We recognise the need for a team approach. It takes more than the skills of one person to get it right. I am delighted you found the doctors, nurses and domestics to be outstanding.

The staff will appreciate your comments and I will ensure this is shared with the team. I hope you are now well on your ‘road to recovery’.
