"Not listened to"

About: University Hospital Of North Durham / General medicine

(as the patient),

I was referred by my gp for a mri scan as she was worried about my headaches and a optician was worried about pressure behind my eye I had a long waiting time and they refused to give me a mri scan as there was no need for it and I had no pressure behind my eye and sent me on my way after another week of pain I was sent to another hospital who spotted a pressure behind my eye and I now have a very long wait to get a mri to find out what is wrong with me because RAMAC refused to listen to my GPs wishes 

Very unhappy wasn’t taken seriously at all
