About: Northwick Park Hospital / Ear, Nose and Throat

(as the patient),

Several years ago, I was referred to this department and I could not have had better treatment!

The receptionist was warm, kind and empathetic. The doctors were very sensitive, respectful and professional. I liked that they used humour and other social skills to put me at ease.

The treatment I received was brilliant and I felt fully informed the whole way through. Thank you!
