I had spinal fusion in may 2017 in the middle of my spine. Then in October I had the bottom of my spine done . The treatment I received was amazing My surgeon and his Team were the best . The nurses and staff on H5 were so kind and caring these People who maid my life better will always be in my heart . I’ve seen my surgeon in clinic and he’s so pleased with how everything his going I feel very well and getting better thanks to my surgeon and everyone else who was involved in my treatment I will never forget them ...Thank you everyone again
