About: Worcestershire Royal Hospital / Ear, Nose and Throat

A dismal service by the ear nose and throat Dr the health care assistant and receptionist were lovely and all was going smoothly untill we saw the e.n.t Dr basically after months of waiting to get my boyfriend snoring sorted out and being told by his GP that we were going to Worcester for him to have an operation we got there and was seen for all of two minutes where an ear, nose and throat Dr looked into his throat and nose and after explaining to her that we have tried literally everything to include nose sprays she gave him another nose spray and a referral to the sleep clinic which we have no idea when this may happen.
